Consign with Grand Jewelers Exchange and Loan and let our experts do the work. We professionally clean and photograph every piece, write your listing, and put it in front of buyers in our New Port Richey store and on our website, while you stay in control of the price the whole way.
You set the minimum price. Nothing sells below it.
Professional cleaning and photography are included at no extra charge.
Your piece is kept in secure storage and covered under our insurance policy while in our care.
No sale means no commission, and your item comes back to you free.
Getting started costs just $25 for up to 10 items.
OUR FEES
Listing fee: $25 covers up to 10 items. Each additional item is $1. The listing fee is paid at intake.
Commission, charged only when your item sells, figured in steps on the sale price:
First $5,000: 18 percent
The part from $5,001 to $15,000: 14 percent
The part from $15,001 to $30,000: 12 percent
The part above $30,000: 10 percent
You receive the rest of the sale price.
Example: on a $10,000 sale, the commission is $1,600 and you receive $8,400.
Included at no extra charge: professional intake, cleaning, photography, and listing in our store and on this website.
If your item does not sell: no commission, and your item is returned to you free.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Minimum price: you set a minimum acceptable price at intake, with the owner's approval. If the minimum price is met, your item is sold. If it is not met, your item is returned.
Payout: you are paid 15 days after we receive confirmed payment from the buyer.
Term: 90 days, renewable by agreement. At the end of the term, unsold items are returned free unless the term is renewed.
While your item is consigned with us, it is not offered for sale anywhere else.
At intake, you confirm the items are yours and free of liens, and we take a copy of your photo identification.
Your items are kept in secure, separate, labeled storage and are covered under our insurance policy while in our care.
How it works: our salesperson prepares your intake, our manager reviews it, and the owner gives final approval before your item is listed.
